A whole page has been dedicated to our Nose Bus. The pictures may be familiar to those of you who attended the
Chemical Signals in Vertebrates British Workshop IX - the copy deadline was very shortly after our Meeting.
Delegates viewing the Bus at the time would remember that the mobile exhibition was barely ready for its first visitors,
as a result of endless delays with contractors. However, when one hears that the Nose Bus has even attracted
attention 'the other side of the pond', the project seems to have been worth the effort. The Exhibition has
also been mentioned in the University of Kent's Annual Review, which was published very recently.
Also announced in the Aroma-Chology Review is Steve Van Toller's Scientific Sense of Smell Award from the Olfactory Research Fund. Steve is one of our senior advisers, and currently president of ECRO (The European Chemoreception Research Organisation). |
